General Terms

Terms last updated 1/8/2025◆ I do not consent to having any of my artwork associated with AI in anyway. including it being used to help train AI◆ I retain rights to the pieces I create, meaning I may post it on my accounts.◆ Do not draw over my work, or remove my signature/watermark. if you want something changed with the art, contact me.◆ Do not put my artwork into any sort of AI software. Do not use AI to "enhance" my art in anyway.◆ Do not repost any of my art unless it was commissioned by you, When posting your commissioned art piece, credit me.◆ Do not mint my artwork. I do not agree for any of my art to be used as NFTs (non-fungible token) commission or not. I do not support NFTs.◆ I hold the right to refuse any commissions

Process and Payment

◆ Payment is made via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo with USD only. I will send the commissioner an invoice. Art will not be finished until the invoice is paid.◆ WIPs (work in progress) Will be sent to the commissioner and possibly posted to social media. This will likely include, sketch, lines, color, and any edits made.◆ Full payment is expected after the commissioner approves the sketch. I will not continue the artwork until receiving full payment. After this I can no longer offer refunds.◆ Edits to the lineart will no longer be made once it has been approved by the commissioner.◆ Additional Characters are +80% each◆ Commissions will be finished within 3 months unless stated otherwise
